Do you supply the equipment, or do I need to source it myself?

I source and supply everything as part of the install. I'll spec it based off our conversations to your budget. Seek approval to buy it and then instal it for you.
What if we already own some equipment?

Not a problem. I’ll assess what you've got and only source what's missing.
What happens if my team forgets something after training?

You'll be left with checklists and instructions covering exactly what we've trained on, so you're not relying on memory alone. If something still trips you up, that's what support packages are for.
Do you offer ongoing support after the initial install and training?

Yes, on request. Most clients don't need it, but if you want a refresher session, occasional troubleshooting, or a periodic equipment check, I offer support packages alongside the core install.
Can you install across multiple offices or locations?

Yes. I regularly work across Leeds, Yorkshire and the wider UK, and can quote for multi-site installs as one project.
What's the difference between this and just hiring a studio?

Studio hire means paying every time you record, and it's never quite your space. This is a one-off install and training, in your own building, that you own outright afterwards.
Do I need a dedicated room, or can this go in an existing office space?

Most spaces can be adapted. I'll assess your room during the free consultation and tell you honestly what will and won't work, and what changes (if any) are worth making.
Our room's a bit echoey. Is that a problem?

Not usually. Most offices weren't built with sound in mind, but simple acoustic treatment (panels, rugs, soft furnishings, positioning) sorts out the majority of echo problems. I'll assess your space during the consultation and tell you honestly what's needed. It's rarely as drastic as people expect.
